Warner Bros. Pictures has unleashed two more character posters for The LEGO Movie.’ Scheduled for a February 7th, 2014 release in the US and a February 14th, 2014 bow in the UK, ’The LEGO Movie’ is directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (21 Jump Street, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs) from their own original screenplay. The film features the voices of Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Neeson, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill, Cobie Smulders, and Morgan Freeman.

Chris Pratt stars as Emmet. Oscar winner Morgan Freeman and Elizabeth Banks will star as two of Emmet’s fellow travelers: Vitruvius, an old mystic; and tough-as-nails Lucy, who mistakes Emmet for the savior of the world and guides him on his quest. This new series is a slight departure from the normal Lego Collectible Minifigures. This is the first series to focus on one theme. Here it is the upcoming Lego Movie. It has been assumed that this would be Series 12 of these Minifigs, but there is no mention of a series number anywhere on the packaging.(Download The Lego Movie) Instead Lego has made slight design changes to call it “The Lego Movie.” WhiteFang notes that we won’t be able to get a definitive answer on the nomenclature until the either Series 12 or Series 13 shows up. And, who knows where the upcoming Simpsons Minifigures will fit in.

The Lego Movie Series contains a whole lot of personality. The Lego heads (faces) are all new, with a wide variety of happy and angry expressions. Combined with some of the new hair pieces means that this set will blend in well with other Lego minifigures. It looks like Emmet, President Business, Scribble-Face Bad Cop,(Download The Lego Movie) and the Panda Guy are the common minifies this time around. With Calamity Drone, Mrs. Scratchen-Post, William Shakespeare, Gail the Construction Worker, Velma Staplebot, and Marsha the Queen of the Mermaids being the rare figures.

So far we have only seen images of the sets that will be released in January but now thanks to Canticleer blues from the Eurobricks forums and PhoncipleBone on NeoGAF we have some images of what appear to be the new summer 2014 LEGO Movie sets.

The first image features Benny’s Spaceship. Not long ago some images of the Benny minifig appear on the internet and in case you don’t know, Benny is the blue space guy. His spaceship resembles the classic LEGO spaceships from the early years of LEGO were the designs were much more creative and used much more bricks.(Download The Lego Movie) I am honestly looking forward to the release of this set.Next up we have Emmet’s Construction Mech. It appears to be that this set is mainly composed out of Technic pieces and a couple of normal LEGO bricks. Also, if you look closely at the feet you will notice that the Mech seems to roll on a couple of treads. This sure looks like a creative build. I mean, look at the hands of the Mech and the overall design; it’s as if someone would have smashed together a ton of construction vehicles into one!

Finally, we have the Police Dropship. This dropship hovers on rotating rocket boosters and features a ginormous cockpit. The dropship also features a prisoner laser cell in which you can carry any kind of prisoners.(Download The Lego Movie) Towards the side of the ship there are a couple of side panels that when you slide them the release the mighty Robo SWAT Troops.
